Vacation Pictures

Here are some pictures of our vacation,

like I promised.

We had a really good time.

We started out on a Thursday, and the weatherman

was forecasting rain. Like we needed more.

This is Thompson River, west of Trenton.

As you can see, it was full.

This storm cloud came up, and we were hoping it would rain. Can you believe I'm saying that, but they really need the rain in Oklahoma. We were disappointed, not a drop that time.

It was pretty neat.

Then we went to 'Pops'. They sell different types of soda pop there. It was pretty interesting. We got a cup that we can re-use. Then we went to Draper Lake, so I could get my red dirt. I know, I know, go ahead and laugh. I just think it's neat. We don't have dirt like that were I live.

We went to several different stores, ate out, and just relaxed. When we got to Shar's, she asked us what we wanted to do, and we said absolutely nothing. It was what we needed. Thank you Shar for having us there, and taking us around. Thank you Becky for driving us around also, and helping me get my red dirt. We had a wonderful time. Can't wait to do it again next year.
