So Al and I heard that our old family farm had caught on fire and burnt to the ground. Al and I decided to go and see. I thought I was prepared, but I wasn't. All of the out buildings were still there and intact, but the old farm house was gone. It was completely burnt to the ground. Some people were living in a fifth-wheel and had run an extension cord to one of the buildings. Well the cord wasn't big enough, got too hot, caught the grass on fire, which then spread to the yard and house. Firefighters got to the farm, as the house was completely on fire. So many memories in that old house.
